Talmud Tashema Macot Medium

The Treaty of Macot, the fifth volume of the Nezikin order, deals with the rules regarding non-capital punishment. This volume includes the unpublished addition of Rashi and Tosafot's commentary in Spanish. The edition also contains an extensive introduction to the Treaty, as well as a chronological line of the transmission of the Torah from Har Sinai to the present day, which will allow us to better understand the context in which this sacred Tome was written, accompanied by a glossary of terms in Hebrew that will facilitate the reader's understanding.
