BE CAREFUL WITH PACKAGE THEFT
* Once the package leaves our store premises, we are not responsible for the safety or loss of your package.* Make sure you are home to receive your shipment, because if the courier cannot find you and returns it, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
Tips to avoid theft:
- Make sure your shipping address is reliable and the information is correct.
- If you won't be home to receive your package, you can send it to the FedEx branch closest to your home.
- Contact FedEx or DHL with your tracking number to resolve your questions.
- Remember that parcel services do NOT work on Sundays and holidays.

If you require an invoice, please contact the store before purchasing. VAT will be added to your purchase of products if an invoice is required.
1.- Imperfections in the books:
At Libreria Jerusalem, the Torah and Judaism books we sell are limited production, handcrafted book by book (not machine-made) , so there may be a chance that you will receive a book with some cosmetic detail, a scratch, pages that are not perfect, etc.
Most of our books are printed in Israel, so they travel long distances and suffer from minor imperfections in their appearance. Therefore, we do not offer returns for imperfections or minor defects in the appearance of the books.
2.- Printing errors in books:
If your book has missing, overprinted, or torn pages, you can bring your book in for an exchange, or send it back to us so we can send you a replacement.
3.- There are no refunds on shipping costs.
IMPORTANT: If you feel that any of our shipping policies are not convenient for you, we suggest you go to the store in person to choose your book individually.
4.- Damage caused to packages:
By purchasing from Libreria Jerusalem, you accept responsibility for any damage to the package from the moment it is delivered to the store.
WE CAREFULLY INSPECT EACH ITEM BEFORE SHIPPING; HOWEVER, SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE THAT ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED.
IN THE EVENT OF HAVING RECEIVED GOODS WITH DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT, IT IS NECESSARY TO REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY ON THE SAME DAY AND TAKE PHOTOS OF THE BOX WITH PRODUCTS, WITH THE PACKING MATERIAL IN ORDER TO PROCEED WITH THE CLAIM TO THE TRANSPORT PROVIDER. AFTER TWO DAYS AFTER HAVING RECEIVED THE GOODS, THE CLAIM IN THE PACKAGE IS NO LONGER VALID.

For orders with FREE SHIPPING, we ship via FedEx or Estafeta, which are efficient, effective, and responsible shipping companies. Packages may take 2 to 6 business days to arrive, depending on the destination the customer chooses.
For local orders in Mexico City and the metropolitan area, we also use local parcel service through couriers such as iVoy, Dostavista, and Mensajeros Urbanos.
