Baba Kama's Talmud treatise focuses on laws relating to harm and prejudice. The first half of the treaty chapters 1-6 deals with the different damages that could be caused by both the person himself and any animal, thing or object of his possession or that is under his responsibility. The second part of the treaty chapters 7-10 revolves around the following: the laws concerning theft, whether secretly or by force; the law of compensation, etc. This edition contains the original in Hebrew with a Spanish translation, with Rashi and Tosafot's commentary.
