This treaty deals with laws in civil matters, mainly on land ownership. This second volume includes the third chapter of the treatise, along with Rashi's commentary in Spanish. The edition also contains an extensive introduction to the treatise, as well as a timeline of the transmission of the Torah from Mount Sinai to the present day, allowing us to better understand the context in which this sacred volume was written. It is also accompanied by a dictionary of Hebrew terms that will facilitate the reader's understanding.
