King David said: "Serve God with joy, come before Him with songs" ( Psalms 100:2 ) The Torah commands us to serve God with joy and the Torah itself gives us the weapons for such a mission. With these weapons we have to prepare ourselves to win the internal war against our bad instinct, which always tries to worry and depress us, thus interfering with our service to God.
