The Amidah, the prayer that we have carried out 3 times a day for generations for more than two thousand years, was composed by great Jajamim of antiquity, who with divine inspiration wrote it and left it as a legacy to all of us, in order to connect with Hashem in the proper way. When we manage to absorb with a little more depth and understanding the meaning of each word, we manage to establish a different and more precise connection with the Creator.
