As a sample button, the Rebbe begins by explaining the first words of Bereshit 1:1 “In the beginning G-d created the heavens and the earth”. And he explains: “These words, perhaps the best known in the Bible, are, in fact, a mistranslation. The correct translation of the opening Hebrew word of the Torah, bereshit , is not “at the beginning” (that would be barrishonah ), but “at the beginning of”.
